Mobile Multi-Phase Extraction Unit

August 25, 2014

A&D Environmental Services, Inc. enhances its services to include a Mobile Multi-Phase Extraction unit!

A&D has historically, and continues to offer Aggressive Fluid Vapor Recovery (AFVR, aka High Vacuum Extraction and/or Dual Phase Extraction) as a solution for the removal of free product, contaminated groundwater, and soil vapors, using a high pressure vacuum system. As demand increased, A&D saw the need to complement its fleet of specially outfitted vacuum trucks, typically used to perform this service, with a Mobile Multi-Phase Extraction unit (MMPE). This unit has been designed and specially constructed with our customer’s needs in mind. Mounted on a heavy duty trailer, we have the ability to mobilize to our customers sites throughout our service area.

Many of our customers depend on A&D for this service already. Did you know that A&D has the technical resources and equipment to not only transport and dispose of the material collected by the unit, but to capture and record data required for remediation system design during a removal event. The data collected and recorded during an event includes depth to water, influent organic vapor analysis (OVA), exhaust  temperature, wellhead vacuum, flow rate, vacuum radius of influence (ROI), and water table drawdown measurements. This data is compiled and presented to our customer in a report that includes influent concentrations and calculation of recovery rates.

Technical specifications for the unit are included below. Please contact Dan Martin at 803-309-4657 or dmartin@adenviro.com to obtain a quote tailored to your specific needs. You may also call us at 800-434-7750 or contact us through our website www.adenviro.com.

Thank you for your continued business!
